Inspired by its Miami roots and a recipe for fresh 24-hour citrus marinated chicken, Pollo Tropical began offering guests across Florida a creative take on traditional Cuban dishes, as well as foods from other parts of Latin America, over 35 years ago.
Since then, Pollo Tropical has been dedicated to preparing fresh, great tasting foods in their kitchens every day – like their signature Grilled Chicken and Mojo Roast Pork, served with the fan-favorite black beans and rice, in platters and TropiChop bowls.

This is the second time we ordered delivery in the last couple of months, and this is the second time food is missing. You cannot call, your receipt does not have the Missed Visit Code to add through to your account in order to receive a refund. It is completely unfair and unacceptable to steal from your customers.
