The service, food, value, and atmosphere was all okay. We’re happy we stopped in, but will probably try something else next time.

I order to this Pollo because its 3 minutes from my house, but they ALWAYS mess something up. i have had to return in the past because they've forgotten the cheesy yuca bites, no dressing for the salads, and just full meals missing. I have never had a piece of paper receipt in my food though. Today i found a piece of paper mixed in with the salad that appeared to have been written on. It was very off putting.
