- JLJessica LopezOct 1, 20251.0Good morning I will like to share my experience at this location yesterday i come here often due to this location having great food and some amazing employees but I was very disappointed by the way a employee was treated yesterday by a manager wearing a head band she was very rude and very unprofessional she was speaking very loud to the cashier and giving her attitude in front of everyone embarrassing the worker I did see the cashier trying to defend herself but then she just felt ashamed and upset and remain quiet the manager just kept on going even saying things in Spanish I really didn’t understand but this manager is very rude and unprofessional she had a very angry face and treated that worker very bad I really wanted to share this to anyone that would read this message and do something about we are all human and should be treated with respect if the worker did something wrong there is a way to speak correctly to an employee especially in front of customers this is not the way someone should be treated I will no longer will be visiting this location I don’t want any gifts or contact if you will like to do something train your managers how to be respectful,kind and professional this is good for your business have a great day I just had to share this because I was ashamed for that employee this restaurant have very bad customer service I wouldn’t recommend anyone visiting here I could imagine how they treat their customers.
