Fact when I asked for a fountain drink he looked at me with confusion and asked me “what’s that?” I’m upset because now I can’t get any refills or mix my drink flavors. I’ve never experienced this issue at any other pollo. I went back inside and had to ask for sugar and a water cup to get a solution. Not happy tbh.
