  The food and service was great, it was super quick and the staff was very nice and went the extra mile for us 11/10 Pedro was very kind as well

  Pedro was great. The place was clean. Service was tremendous. Food was hot. I would definitely recommend and be back.

  I just spent $32 on this 💩 Poor. Portion on the rice. For the price for $32 i get. A family meal. At kfc. 12pc. New. Management is on some. 💩 I wasn't like this cupple years back

  The people here are ridiculous. They give you a tiny amount of food and when I asked for ketchup I get an evil eye and the girl handed me one pack and begun talking trash about me. Horrible customer service Everytime I come here but don't worry it's the last time I give you a dime

  ⭐ 1 Star (If I could give zero, I would) Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated at the Pollo Tropical in Sanford. I drove an hour in rush hour traffic to fix a messed-up order, only to be met with pure rudeness from the manager—Kaylee or Kaylen, not sure which, but she was dismissive, condescending, and completely unprofessional. She wouldn’t even look me in the eye, rushed me through my explanation, and had the nerve to ask why I didn’t check the order before leaving. Excuse me? Since when is it the customer’s job to quality-check your kitchen? I calmly explained that the missing item was part of my birthday reward, which discounted the half platter. She acted like I was trying to scam her, even though I was just asking for what I paid for. No apology. No courtesy. Not even a drink offered for the inconvenience of my wasted time and gas. Just attitude. I tried calling customer service—dead end. Tried calling the store—dead end. Finally got through to the district manager Sasha, who was barely any help. No resolution, no empathy, just more runaround. The only decent human being in that building is the big guy with long hair—super sweet and respectful. He deserves better than to work under such poor leadership. Corporate? Another joke. The guy on the phone pretended not to hear me, hung up, then said he’d call back and never did. Eventually gave me a case number, but what good is that when I still have no refund and a bag of cold, incorrect food? I need someone WAY higher up to contact me. This is beyond unacceptable. Pollo Tropical, do better. Your Sanford location is a disgrace.
