Dishes rang from a choice protein with white rice and black been to chicken sandwiches and potato wedges. The quatro leches dessert was good but not recomended for anyone who has issues with food textures.

Eating at pollo tropical is comparable to paying a premium price to be intentionally disappointed. Ever since covid they hiked up their prices and got rid of the sauce bar. There's no reason to eat here especially when places like La Brasa and so many others like it exist. NEVER AGAIN

- CCCoren CanoSep 16, 20251.0Worst customer service Falsely advertised menu that staff acknowledges and simply States "sorry we will let corporate know" but then does not honor the falsely advertised item. Spoke with a manager and they just simply apologize and do nothing about it what happened to customer service. It used to be when something like that would happen and they would acknowledge their fault, honor whatever it is. Not here the manager simply said well now you know for next time 😢😢
