When I told them the drinks were missing, they accused me of taking them myself! That’s completely unacceptable. I’m just trying to do my job and make sure the customer gets what they paid for. Instead of helping, they blamed me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Really bad experience regarding accuracy, it was like the crew didn't care in the slightest, manager included. Normally when a situation is messed up badly, a manager would step in, yet she didn't even speak to me. Not their fault regarding control but didn't help that I also got soaked coming back in to correct the order because it was raining, honestly felt had I went back in the drive thru, the order would have been messed up again. There are two other locations and I believe they will do a better job, so avoid this spot if you can. If I could have left 0/5 stars regarding accuracy, I truly would have.
