In the middle of placing our order, she starts a conversation with a coworker in the back, literally cutting me off mid-order. We waited until she was finished joking with the guy in the back, she looks at us and said "what did you want again?". We should have just walked out.

I’m pretty sure the employee could’ve answered my question “which was can you please make sure I get “food” and not just broth in my soup”. Which is something that happened to me two days ago. “Just broth”. And half way full. Maybe he shouldn’t micromanage so much. But again I thought that was rude.
