Inspired by its Miami roots and a recipe for fresh 24-hour citrus marinated chicken, Pollo Tropical began offering guests across Florida a creative take on traditional Cuban dishes, as well as foods from other parts of Latin America, over 35 years ago.

Chicken taste raw, soups are more juice than a mixture of veggies, meats and corn black beans are the same much more juice than blackheads. The Mango tropichiller is the best, from this location.

I submitted a complaint back in August through the customer service page on their website and never received any response. That experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had, and I had hoped the company would at least care enough to follow up but they didn’t. The only reason I went back two nights ago was because I was completely exhausted after a long shift at the hospital, and this location happens to be the closest one to me. Unfortunately, it was another bad experience. The employees had terrible attitudes, they were disrespectful, and my order was missing stuff again. It’s really disappointing to see that nothing has improved and that Pollo Tropical doesn’t seem to value its customers or take feedback seriously. I used to love this place, but after multiple bad experiences and zero accountability from customer service, I’m done giving them chances.
