    Si van a pedir la ración familiar tengan en cuenta que estas raciones son una una muestra de comida. Además la cadena sigue llevando la politica de ahorro extremo de pedir el refill de bebida con la molestia que si hay fila tienes que esperar y la comida enfriandose,lo mismo con las salsas y aderezos. En resumen,mi experiencia pudo haber sido mejor. Las dos estrellas es por el buen sabor de la comida.

    This pollo tropical location sucks. It’s slow and they ALWAYS forget something or mess up your order. Do not even bother I have given them multiple chances and each time they forget something. Last time my wrap was cold. I’m not even picky or mean so yea.

    I ordered the 9A 2 chicken breasts rice and beans it looked disgusting like something off of a children's menu at mcdonald. They are no longer cooking the chicken. Jus reheating pre cooked everything. There were no bones and no meat in what I was handed. I will never go there again. Terrible company. And there was no wait cuz it's pre-cooked food. Faster than mcdonald. Poisonous junk food
