I asked for a number 4 with no tomatoes and I was literally shocked by the very rude and sarcastic response from her stating “you should have just order number 3 and add what you want. She wouldn’t make eye contact but that did not stop me from seeing her eye roll from my order. I’ve never seen an employee so inconvenienced by a customer. I hope this is not normal behavior by Dayanna
- AXArpo XOct 1, 20253.0Comimos muy rico en este Pollo Tropical. Lo que creo que pueden mejorar es la limpieza de las mesas y ademas la atencion del empleado de la caja, poco empatico y no muy buena onda. El resto todo bien. El pollito muy rico y el arroz y porotos muy muy sabrosos !

- GNGregory NelomsSep 6, 20251.0Do not order a Cesar salad from this place if it’s for delivery. They NEVER give you dressing. Which is insane because that’s what makes a Cesar salad a CESAR SALAD!! It’s just dry lettuce and chicken crumbles! Not enjoyable!
