I was just in the drive-thru and as I was ordering the tropichops I noticed when the worker read back the order that she didnt say "veggie tropichop. I then asked her to confirm there is no meat on the tropichops. She got flustered and gave me an attitude back saying "bueno tu no dijiste eso. Y siempre vienen con pollo." I reminded her that I said a veggie tropichop and she continued to have attitude. When i arrived at the window I asked the kind young man who was the person speaking through the drive-thru and he said it was the manager Liz. I do not think her attitude is a great representation of how this tropichop runs. During my wait for my food they give me my order of yuca which is not even half way full. When the young man asks the manager why I got such a small amount she said "bueno eso es lo que queda. Si quiere mas tiene que esperar como 3 minutos." Obviously ill wait for the order I purchased. Why would you give me less than what I paid for.
