They told me they needed to be fried and asked me if I wanted to wait or get something else. I chose to wait. Nobody told me where to park or where to wait so I just parked at the parking lot. Then I waited in my car for a good 20min… and I doubt it takes that long to deep fry cheese and yuca. So I go inside and nobody is even concerned with the fact that I’m just standing waiting near the pickup counter so I go the cashier and he tells me to ask the pickup area. They had no idea someone was parked waiting for yuca bites… so unorganized and so annoying the lack of communication is insane. Get urself together and have designated parking spots like McDonald’s does and keep yourselves organized.

Respuesta que aun no entiendo, no es una solicitud dificil y estoy pagando por un servicio. Solo queria saber si me lo podian vender asi, si no ok no pasa nada, me iba al de la 56, Luego de conversar unos minutos o segundos pense que habia accedido a darme el pedido, sorpresa la mia que al llegar a casa solo habian servido muslos, no se si fue la orden de ella o el empleado que sirvio el pedido el que al final hizo lo que le dio la gana, imagino que lo puede ver en la camara. Su comida, la mejor. La atencion, nunca habiamos tenido problema alguno. En este pais no funcionan ese tipo de conductas, con ir a otra tienda me funcionaba, solo tenia que decirme que era imposible para ella servirlo y punto. Ustedes tienen camaras, puedes revisar que siempre trate de ser amable y explicarle que cada vez que voy pido lo mismo. Gracias por su atencion.
