  Whelp shame on us for continuing to use this company. We’ve had an appointment to tune up the AC scheduled back in April. Just received a text saying that due to an “air conditioning emergency” they have to cancel. Mind you it is currently 62* out this morning. This happened to us last time. They cannot seem to keep appointments. It’s a shame since we have been a customer of theirs for over 15 years. Time to move on. There are plenty of other providers out there that will keep their appointments and show up when they say they will. Do not recommend this company.

  Thank you to Johnathon. Polestar (new management) - took ownership as to why my less than 5-yr old tankless was needing to be repaired/replaced and explained everything. They worked with me to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

  Called with a scheduled appointment never showed up or called I had to call them several times. I turned away another plumber because they told me they were on the way. Now I have to go all weekend with no water or pay after hours prices. Horrible experience I will never use them or recommend them -5 stars
