  Scott came out to service our air conditioner and furnace as our routine maintenance. He provided outstanding customer service and was very thorough. We very much appreciate the excellent work. The service keeps us returning to polestar for all of our HVAC needs. Fantastic service as always!!

  Our AC went out on a Sun. An amazing technician came out within a few hrs. Even though my husband is an engineer our diagnoses was wrong. Our tech Bennett was able to quickly and correctly diagnose the real source of the problem and also spotted other concerns that would have caused us more expensive fixes later. There were zero surprises with the pricing. Just stellar professionalism and truly a genius. We are now loyal customers. Its hard to find this level of competency and genuine kindness. Great job Bennett, kind and competent.

  I had the pleasure of having Scott Fletcher from Polestar Heating and Cooling service my system, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment he arrived, Scott was friendly and professional, instantly putting me at ease. He worked efficiently while still being very thorough, making sure every detail was checked and explained. What really stood out was his knowledge—he answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, and I walked away with a much better understanding of my system. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a warm, approachable manner, but Scott truly does. Polestar is lucky to have him, and I feel confident knowing my home is in great hands. I highly recommend both Scott and Polestar Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for top-notch service!

  From start to finish, Polestar provided outstanding service. Kayla's presentation was clear and professional. Travis and Dominic did an awesome job with the installation. All the old stuff was hauled and the areas carefully cleaned. The installation was neat. Travis took the time to thoroughly explain how all the new equipment functions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish!

  Outrageous prices..118.00 shower value kit at lowes and my panel pops off easy fix but this place charges 2,000.00 just for a shower valve to be exchanged.. 800.00 to replace the inside parts of your toilet. This is not good for anyone trying to survive high store groceries and bills. AI IS CUTTING WORK HOURS.. so how come these plumbers charge an Outrageous prices. My chain on my toilet cost me 130.00 so lets flush this company to the curb.. unbelievable and horrible prices. A 2.00 chain costs 130.00 I feel like the president of being screwed. Folks look at the reviews.. doesn't it seem suspicious that there one star reviews are alarming and the high stars seems like people being paid to keep the rating high.. read them one star posts please.. please be safe and don't let your grandma or single mother get trapped in the web. Ty God Bless you people.. do on to others as you would do on to you. I bet the owners mothers toilet chain was free.. PLEASE LOOK.. THE ONES WITH HIGH STARS HAVE 8 REVIEWS.. and the one star has 1 review.. something seems strange. People putting high reviews from family and friends of the company. Someone should look into that.
