I must say this is one of the cleanest nicest buildings I’ve been in downtown, the property manager is always so sweet and pleasant, I feel in his field of work you have to be a people person even on your bad days and his thoughtfulness kindness and selflessness goes a long way and it downer go unnoticed I would highly recommend anyone to move here you won’t regret it and you will absolutely love your property manager Reggie !

I had such a great experience touring and signing with this community. The leasing manager, Reginald, was extremely friendly and helpful. He was willing to tour numerous apartments with me until I found one I loved and answered every single question I had with a positive demeanor. I’m so excited to move in!

Lived here for 4 years. Very quiet building for the most part. The walls aren’t super thick but not super thin either. Reggie has been extremely helpful and kind. He made the unit transfer process easy and fast.

I've lived in this building for several years, and have loved it for its unique history and character, quirky unit layouts, and ideal location in my favorite neighborhood in the city. And I have nothing bad to share about its present property manager, who is unfailingly pleasant if obviously incapable of securing the needed support from his corporate bosses to solve the pressing needs of residents this summer. The power outages have indeed been going on for WEEKS, and they occur for several hours at a time. It's gone from minor annoyance (although replacing the spoiled items in my fridge isn't minor?) to actual safety concern (how did people ever survive these summers without AC?) to sincere quality of life problem - as other recent comments explain. But for me that these outages continue to persist with no communication about when they'll end, what compensation we'll receive, or when we'll receive it is only willful and callous lack of decency - much less leadership - by this beautiful old building's management. They have to do better. Now. They cannot possibly be doing worse.
