  Do not rent from this company! They have terrible communication practices and also charge fees without warning or explainition. They will lie to you and there ledger/website is a joke and will charge you for maintenance fees. Avoid this property management company at all cost. They are somewhat professional until there is a discrepancy. I knew the day I got my keys I would not be there longer than a month. After I was told one amount to move in it changed once on property. Avoid this stress!!

  Been here for a while just living my life and have never had issues here which is nice. I have had some issues but have been fixed quickly and have never had any weird charges added. Management has always been easy to communicate with.
