  PMI Sunshine state is great company who helps in managing 1555 pennsylvania building . Jennifer Garces is an outstanding associate manager who creates a supportive environment to address issues with proper solution. Her clear communication, approachability, and dedication to resolve issues is great . Feels like my investment condo is in safe hands

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Thomas from our property management company, PMI and I can’t say enough about his exceptional service. I was on the board of my association and worked closely with him. It’s reassuring to know he’s always just a call or email away, ready to assist. Beyond his professionalism, Thomas is genuinely kind and approachable.   I’ve had a very positive experience with the property management team for my apartment . They are professional, responsive, and truly care about the comfort and satisfaction of my tenants. Any maintenance issues I’ve reported were handled promptly and efficiently, and communication has always been clear and courteous. The building is kept clean and well-maintained, and it’s clear that the management puts in consistent effort to ensure everything runs smoothly.
