  OUTSTANDING customer service!!! Rafet and team are thorough, professional, and quick! We used PMI for over a year to prep and management our home to rent! The communication was consistent and responsive. I recently reached out for contracts and expenses from three years ago and within 2 days, they were received.   With well over 50 properties to manage it was tough letting go. The people at PMI South have "melded us in" . The difference in our daily stress has gone from 100% to nearly ZERO. The Residents are instructed to call PMI South and so far, with the exception of one or 2, that has happened. There prompt and very fair with pricing. Elizabeth and Rafet (alone with their contractors) have gone above and beyond to work with us and with our Residents. They can and do-- do it all. Thank you. D&B

  I have been under different management companies, and so far, I have had wonderful experiences with renting from this company. I have met with the manager Rafet and he’s very kind, but the majority of my dealings are with Elizabeth who is over maintenance. She always make sure the things are done that needs repairing or replaced in the townhouse that I am renting from them. Of course the company can’t do anything without the owners permission. I needed information from her for filling a renter’s insurance claim and she really helped me out with this process. Elizabeth is very kind, patient, and helpful, which makes renting from PMI a very enjoyable experience. I am so glad that the owner chose this company to handle their property management.
