  ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I can’t say enough positive things about PMI Service Group, they’ve taken property management to a new level, and even my dog Marley gives them two paws up! Their state-of-the-art technology impressed both me and my tenants. The portal makes submitting and tracking service requests seamless. The owners dashboard information helps me monitor the performance of my investment. Their guarantee system gives me peace of mind offering a: Results Guarantee (they don’t get paid until I do), Leasing Guarantee (they’ll find a new tenant at no extra cost if the initial one doesn’t complete nine months) On-Time Rent Guarantee Pet Guarantee. This kind of risk protection is unmatched. I also appreciate their Happiness Guarantee—no penalty for cancellation with just 30 days’ notice, this shows their confidence in their deliverables! On the local level, the PMI Service Group team brings their experience in managing properties and also in building and maintaining them. Their background in renovation and maintenance means every detail is handled. This is no small thing when you want your property to feel like home. Their communication and responsiveness are top-tier, with their approach feeling like concierge service. And Marley? Well, she’s convinced they’re the best property managers out there, every time someone from PMI visits (especially Vytas), they greet her with a smile and some belly rubs. That little extra warmth means the world.   After deciding we needed new leadership for our condominium association, we started to reach out to many management companies this year. Seven, including PMI, showed interest in working with a smaller group like ours. After interviews, Paul from PMI stood out for his professionalism and understanding of our needs. The board agreed he was the best choice, and since Paul became our manager, we've made more progress in two months than in the previous two years. I strongly recommend Paul for his dedication, problem-solving, and ability to bring people together. His integrity and commitment have truly improved our community.

  I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received from PMI.im now living in Germany and I left quite a bit in the hands of my agent Keith Jablonowski and he’s done a fine job of contracting work that needed to be done along with a very detailed list of things that needed addressing before we could move a tenant in. And he was able to find a tenant in short order at a very nice rent.
