  I would highly recommend David and PMI Property Solutions. David took care of everything in order to sell my house when I was 100% remote due to moving to another state. His experience, clear communication, and dedication to my needs as a seller were invaluable. I am certain, had I chosen to rent my house as I had planned, that he would have been an asset in property management.
