  Eneyda, was absolutely WONDERFUL! She showed incredible patience—actually, long-suffering patience—during a pretty tense time, when I was definitely a bit much. But you’d never guess it from her calm and warm demeanor. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and her communication is truly top-tier. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We’re 1 month into our new place and can’t be happier with the care Eneyda and the PMI team provided. Though still early, move in was a breeze and any minor issues encountered were addressed quickly. Eneyda is a superstar, incredibly responsive and helpful. Moving is stressful. So thankful to have a trustworthy team to make it easier.

  I had a very negative experience with this property management company. From the very first day, the property was in unacceptable condition: there were cockroaches, accumulated dirt, old and dirty carpet, damaged walls where the TVs were supposed to go, and overall a neglected and unsanitary environment. During our time living there, maintenance service was terrible. When we had a flood, they didn’t show up in time, which led to mold forming in multiple areas. The ceiling was left damaged and never repaired—we had to take care of it ourselves. The air conditioning system broke down several times, and they were never quick to respond. Other maintenance issues were either ignored or delayed for days or even weeks. Communication with the management was very difficult, and at times the treatment was rude and unprofessional. They constantly tried to charge for everything, even for issues that were clearly their responsibility. They also did not provide pest control services, and we had to pay for it ourselves, even though it wasn’t mentioned in the lease agreement. At the end of the lease, we returned the property fully cleaned, painted, and with the carpet professionally cleaned, yet they still charged us excessive and unjustified fees. I will be including photo evidence of everything mentioned above to support my claims. In summary, this company provides poor customer service, is irresponsible with maintenance, and has an overall abusive attitude toward tenants. I absolutely do not recommend them.

  I’m very pleased with the service provided by my real estate team during the rental process of my property. The selection of the tenant was fast, efficient, and carefully managed, prioritizing responsibility and long-term stability. Important factors such as credit evaluation and the initial condition of the home were taken into account, resulting in a fair agreement that benefits both parties. I appreciate the professionalism and transparency throughout the entire process, which helped establish clear commitments from the beginning. Overall, a very positive experience!

  I’ve worked with Dean and Eneyda for years and couldn’t be happier with their exceptional service. Eneyda, in particular, provides an unmatched level of care in Central Florida. She’s incredibly responsive, addressing questions or issues within hours (sometimes minutes!) with thorough, detailed solutions. Her knowledge, diligence, and dedication make her a pleasure to work with—she goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled seamlessly. Highly recommend this team for their outstanding property management!
