  PMI Patron came through for me and my family just when we were losing hope. After submitting our application and waiting the 3-5 days we were told it was going to be longer. Out of the blue the owner, Rich, calls us and did everything in his power to get us in the home the very next morning. Step by step instructions on how to move everything along quickly. Everything he said and did made us realize he cares for his clients and understands the stress moving brings on a family. He had his co worker Rich meet and greet us with the keys at 8am. All this was done in just over 15 hours. Thank you Rob and Rich for caring and proving that believing in human kindness still exists. Matthew, Missy and Jack

  If I could leave less than one star I would. Just like most property management companies, this company is only for the property owners nor the tenants. Over 5 years of rent paid on time with zero issues from us and I had to hunt down my security deposit which they almost mailed to an address I've never heard of let alone lived at. Finally got it and it's made out to the wrong people. Special shoutout to James for never returning calls. I hope whoever is in charge reads this. I am editing this review and adding two stars for the company reaching out to me and rectifying the situation. We got a little extra back on our deposit as well, I appreciate that very much. Back to edit my review because they bounced our deposit check, causing us to bounce our rent check. I am furious and expect to be reimbursed my full deposit plus my overdraft fees.
