  Terrible experience with PMI under Bridgette Thomas. Zero proactive communication, misleading updates about inquiries, and poor marketing (our property was listed with iPhone-quality photos until we demanded better and they pushed back). When we asked for more consistent updates, Bridgette terminated our contract instead of fixing the problem. Nathan Beach never returned our call when we escalated. We would not recommend PMI to anyone who values professionalism and accountability. Update: despite PMI's response, no market analysis or reports were provided. learn from our mistakes.

  PMI manages both of my units in TN. Alyssa Parr is fantastic. She helps me make sure that I am protected as an owner . She takes time to talk through different scenarios and is super prompt. She is very very smart and exceeded my expectations.

  We met PMI when we were looking for a rental place and had a wonderful experience with them as tenants. So we decided to have them as our our property management when we got our own property. Thanks to Ms. Libby and Ms. Bridgette for always being available to take care of any matter promptly. Took care of urgent matters at midnight without hesitation or delay. Would definitely recommend them.
