  PMI Main Street Management has been fantastic, prompt, professional, transparent, and very responsive. They are proactive and completely different from our previous property manager who failed to rent our property for four months despite having 33 contacts. With PMI Main Street Management, I had four leads and two showings in just two days. The difference is truly night and day. UPDATE 10/9/2025: You made the impossible possible. I can’t believe the other PROPERTY MANAGEMENT couldn’t get it done in four months, and you accomplished it in less than three weeks! The multiple showings in the very first week were absolutely magnificent.

  As a real estate professional, who buys and sells houses for customers, I often have clients who are purchasing investment properties and needing rental management services; something I don’t provide. My “go to“ property manager that I have found is fantastic with excellent customer service and professionalism, and that is PMI - Main Street Management- my preferred choice for referral of property management. Can’t recommend them enough.
