  Jim is so fantastic! When working with a property management company, you want someone you can trust to do the job right with good oversight and organization. Jim is definitely one of the best project managers I've ever worked with; he cares about quality and achieving the best outcome for his clients.

  I have personally know Jim for over 6 years and have found him to be very intelligent, conscientious and trustworthy. Sincerity and honesty are difficult to find in our ever changing, fast paced world of ours; however Jim is highly regarded and very respectable.

  There are two important things about a property manager: Are they organized and are they easy to work with? Jim is both. Only person I would ever use in San Diego area for property mangement.
