  This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. It is impossible to contact anyone via phone and will only contact you via their portal. After your contract is terminated you can no longer access the portal to access your tax information. They sent their “HVAC” person to service our HVAC unit and they put the wrong refrigerant causing us to have to replace our unit. When moving back into our property there were damages that exceeded the damage disclosed to us. There are patches of carpet that are bare, there was grease on the kitchen walls, and the carpet reeked of cat urine.

  We are new to this area and had spent a very long day and a half looking for houses. On our way back to the hotel for the evening, I called Larry and he met us at a home that suited our needs. He was awesome to work with! Thank you!
