Firstly, I used them years before.They were the first managers I used and what had happened when using them was a terrible experience and very damaging to my apartment and to me! The new tenant they found after telling me the tenant I wanted found a better apartment to rent and backed out of the rental but they had someone with great credit who was an executive!. I left the apartment with everything in it. A vacuum as well as everything needed in the kitchen, etc..During his time in my apt the air conditioner had to be changed and yet all that was needed on the 1971 unit was changing parts here and there but now I needed a new one?With a 10year warranty!, My carpet was left filthy and too dirty to clean!, the porch screens now had holes and needed replacement. He spilled something on my mattresses which didn’t come out and left me with a mess.. On top of that, my neighbor complained of him smoking and they’re not supposed to smoke in my apartment or the building, but Debbie went there and told me everything was fine. I asked Debbie, why does he have sheets all over the couch and everywhere?
A non smoking clause was in the lease and my neighbor was getting sick from his smoke. Yet Debbie told me he wasn’t smoking, but he was, then he wanted another year and I was promised he would not smoke and since the damage was done I accepted him for year two. I wanted to know if my apartment was left in good shape but Jesus said he wanted a third year..Jesus didn’t have him sign, which I thought he did, assuring me he’s taking it for a third year!! I called and Jesus told me he changed his mind. He’s going to West Palm Beach,. that wasn’t fair to me. I got rid of Jesus since It was last minute and. He never had him sign nor did he help me when I found out the condition of my apartment . He told me he’s taking the apartment but that wasn't true. The tenant never paid me for the extra months he stayed and the damage done was left for me to fix!
