I was fortunate enough to have Plumbline install my new Water Heater last week. Cameron Dilport was my installer and he went through a very detailed explanation so I could make the best decision on my new Water Heater. He was able to correct several issues from the previous water heater installation and was quick and very professional. He was able to get me up and going and his work looks perfect. So glad I chose them to install for me. If you're looking for anything, they will get it done right.

I had to get my sewer line unclogged. The snake was not able to unclog the sewer line. Therefore, I had to get clean outs installed. Plumbline was able to get it done within a couple of days. The excavation crew had done a good job with digging and not damaging my property. They cut and added the clean outs in about two hours (8-10am). They snaked out the sewer line after the clean outs were in and the line was clear. The thing that took the longest was the inspection from the city. Other than that we are happy with the work that was provided by all the employees.

I purchased through Costco the addition of a water filter (whole house) and was connected to Plumbline. They did a wonderful job of explaining the system and of talking through the options- something I appreciated. When the installment time came, I laughed because I looked like I had a plumbing emergency! Three young men showed up- the electrician and two plumbers, one installed the larger system and the other the smaller drinking water system. The electrician connected all properly to the right outlet. I was surprised at how quickly they did the job, how thoroughly they checked for problems, and how well they explained both the system and the upkeep I’d need to do! It was professionally handled, and I appreciated it all! The next day, I did have a faulty filter, and though it was Saturday and the guys usually didn’t work that day, one of them came back, changed them out, and made sure everything had been fixed. No problems! I can recommend their service- and will add on thanks for their work on this project!

I was a VIP customer with Plumbline for the last few years. But, when I went to re-up my membership, they told me that there was a fairly large raise to the yearly membership. So, I stopped being a VIP customer. I did arrange a furnace check a few months in advance of the appointment, which was on October 29th, 2025, with a given window of 8 am. to 1 pm. On October 28th I got a reminder text about the next day's appointment, saying that a technician would call me to firm up the time. I cancelled everything I had that morning and early afternoon for the appointment. Instead of a call from a technician, I got a text to call the company for more information about my appointment, this was on the day of, at about 9 am. They told me that due to some issues, they would not be out this day and would have to reschedule for the next day. They said they were having trouble getting and keeping employees. I told them that this was unacceptable, as I had made this appointment months in advance and had cancelled everything else in my life for this appointment. They would not honor the appointment and so I told them to just cancel it. Plumbline used to be a great company but seem to be going downhill. There are way too many HVAC companies out there to put up with this kind of treatment.

We’re in the process of getting our furnace replaced and collecting estimates from several companies. When we called Plumbline, they scheduled us for an estimate the very next day (on a Saturday) and even arrived early. Our HVAC design consultant, Blaise Jaros, took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. She was attentive to our needs and concerns and went above and beyond compared to others we met. Out of all the technicians who came to give estimates most just eyeballed things, she was the only one who took the time to check the crawl space, inspect the electrical panel, and measure the area to properly calculate the right size unit for our home. Her thoroughness and attention to detail really stood out. They were actually the first company we met with, and Blaise was completely professional—she knew we were getting other estimates and left with a handshake and no high-pressure sales pitch. On top of all that, their quote came in roughly $2,000 less than the other three companies that followed. Based on this experience, I would absolutely recommend Plumbline and plan to use them moving forward.
