  Casey was a technician today. Not only did he do the annual PM on the heater, He did a walk-through around the perimeter of the house and identified some areas. He then provided a bundled package price and we went back-and-forth and ultimately I had it done. He was very courteous, professional, and efficient. He was also easy around the eyes 😎

  Outstanding Service from Rich! Rich provided truly outstanding service when we were dealing with a concerning hidden leak. He approached the problem with incredible patience and professionalism, spending the necessary time—a whole day—to methodically detect exactly where the leak was coming from. He didn't rush or guess; he focused on finding the root cause. Once the source was identified, Rich took great care to correct the issue in the proper manner, ensuring the repair was high-quality and built to last. What impressed us most, however, was his commitment to going the extra mile.   Alfedo Sequer came out to help our family with a clogged toilet. He was kind, thorough and very understanding. He took care of the problem and helped explain all the options. The solution ended up being incredibly simple (thank goodness), but he was great throughout. I really appreciated his frankness and kindness. I will definitely recommend. Thank you so much.

  I recently called Plumbing Masters to help identify why my water heater shuts off randomly. Levi, the tech, was dispatched. He arrived on-time, dressed very clean, and upon arrival introduced himself. By the way, I received his bio with a picture prior to his arrival. That is an awesome business practice. He allowed me to explain what was happening, he asked to inspect it, but he was already familiar with the issues due to the make and model of the valve. He took his time explaining why it happens, what is happening, and what should happen. Once I inquired about the cost to replace the valve, he shared the cost and did not up sale anything. He was patient with my questions and online research. Thank you, Levi for your thorough communication, attention detail, and being so professional.

  Dont hire, these guys are scammers. I'm a new home buyer and had a main line clog. I called them out for a second opinion and coincidentally both of the companies that came out knew the restoration guy. They were there at the same time and told me all of my pipes need to be changed. They didnt even do a sewer scope. I decided to not go with them as roto rooter also came by and was able to fix my issue for $500 dollars, not needing the entire house repiped. Aaron was the sales man.. he told us he doesnt lie cheat or steal. He sure did lie this time
