  Called in an emergency replacement of our water heater on a Saturday. Heard from them 4 hours later, told us it couldn't be replaced until Sunday but he would pass on our info. Called on Sunday to find status, was told the info didn't get passed on and the water heater couldn't be replaced anyway until normal business hours. Poor communication with us. Poor internal communication. We had to reach out several times just to keep informed.

  24 September 2025 I highly Recommend the company PLUMB CRAZY. 🤓 (BOGANS PLUMBING) Please understand that these people are outstanding. Their customer service and manners are through the roof. The individuals that they hire are excellent with their craftsmanship, personalities, work ethics and the clean up was phenomenal. (There were three gentleman who did not stand around and smoke cigarettes. These gentlemen worked constantly to achieve their goals for the repairs). They fully explain everything to you. I have never ever worked with a plumbing company that did so well. They get my vote, hands-down!

  Tom was friendly, professional and worked quickly. Work was done in less than 4 hrs. He removed the old water heater and installed a new one plus expansion tank. Even added shut off valves that i didnt have previously. I will definitely use Plumb Crazy in the future.
