  Plumb Intended was prompt in response, got someone out to my house quickly, and diagnosed the issue. The problem with my water heater ended up being on the electrical side and Plumb Intended was very fair in pricing for the service call.

  Top Notch Company!! Customer service, timeliness to schedule an appointment was great. Mike the plumber/technician was awesome. He explained my issue and repair in good detail. Highly Recommend!!

  I never write reviews unless they are good. However, I am compelled to share my experience with Plumb Intended, as their negligence resulted in significant financial losses for my family. After repeatedly using their services and referring them to several of our friends, Plumb Intended installed a faucet incorrectly, leading to a substantial water leak that caused thousands of dollars in damages. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue through communication, I have been unsuccessful due to their lack of responsiveness. I have consulted with other members of the community who have encountered similar problems, and I understand that mistakes can occur, so I like to give the benefit of the doubt. But we have given Plumb Intended several months to rectify their errors, but they have chosen not respond nor take responsibility for their mistakes. I advise anyone working with this company to check their warranties first to understand coverage and ensure their plumber is certified. I don’t want anyone else to experience this.

  They went above and beyond. I had shower head, toilet and sink faucet replaced. They consulted with me about other repairs needed. They took the time to explain. They had patience with me. I've been a Radiant customer for many years and will not go back to them. I will be using Plumb Intended from now on. A shout out to David for having excellent customer skills and of course plumbing skills too.

  We recently had our water heater replaced and the entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. From the moment we contacted Plumb Intended, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous. Jacob, our technician arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and completed the installation efficiently. They took care to protect our home during the job and cleaned up everything afterward. We really appreciated how they walked us through the new system and answered all our questions patiently. Our new water heater is working perfectly, and we’ve already noticed the difference in performance. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and the level of service we received.
