David Williams, Brison, and Justin did the install and were both professional and accurate in their work. I was always kept up to date on the work progress. Our unit is ocean side and unfortunately was damaged beyond repair. We worked with the sales team to choose the best solution and the next day the technicians (Chad, Briton, & Fabian) came bright and early…removed all the damaged equipment and installed a new unit by the end of the day. Chad spent considerable time working with us on understanding the new thermostat (wireless)…answering all our questions. I can’t say enough about every member of Pleasant Air. We highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. Thank you Christie, Dave, George, Chad, Brison & Fabian…you’re the best!!! (And did I mention honest and local)

He called before he arrived, was on time and was great with my puppy dog. He managed to find all of our air-conditioning handlers and multiple intake units (as I had no idea where they were or where to even start). He located them all and cleaned and disinfected them while I worked. He even helped me adjust the humidity settings on the thermostats so that the air conditioning is not constantly running. He was so helpful and reassured me that he had everything under control. He sure did! I would highly recommend Pleasant Air - it was a very pleasant experience. Special thank you to Dre - he is one of a kind and you’d be lucky to have him as your technician! Also a shout out to the responsiveness and empathy of the scheduling team - they got me on their waiting list and were so kind to me during a very stressful time!!! The customer service is on point!!
