  Great apartment complex, I’ve been living here for six months, and I just love it. It’s a wonderful area and I can see myself living here for a very good while. Management and staff is perfect. They will help you with any information you need!

  The management on site at plaza de ville are great people and the maintenance crew is amazing and fast acting I and so happy with their service. The 5 starts is for the on site office and maintenance workers. They are amazing.I been here almost two years now. However Universeco the corporate office is horrible. They get -5 stars Extremely dissatisfied with the corporate office Universeco they are heartless and do not care about thier loyal residents. They are too cheap to provide a quality website so that when you input your payment information they pull from the wrong account. This then causes a late fee and a NSF fee. About an extra 170$ They are not willing to listen or take the time to care about what issues they caused and expect you to pay for it. But what do I expect from a heartless corporate office?
