We’ve needed one item replaced under warranty and it took a while to get it, but they not only brought it to us, but actually fixed it! Now we’re getting ready to move and I clearly recalled them saying that they offered moving services and the price. Well I called today and to my surprise the price is the same as it was 4 years ago! They are very knowledgeable at their craft. I’m so glad we also had them install the play set. You could tell he’s done it a million times before! VERY happy with our choice!
