  Playful pack is so cool! My favorite thing about this place is that they have a live cam so you can tune in on your pups! Believe me I was checking that thing all the time, I missed my girl!! They also send you daily report cards of your pup 😊 awesome place

  Playful Pack is our go-to for both doggy daycare and overnight stays. The staff is always incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about animals. We feel completely comfortable leaving our dog here, and it’s clear he’s treated with love and respect every time. One feature we especially appreciate is the live webcam—it’s great to be able to check in during the day and see our pup playing and having fun. They also send out daily report cards, which are always super cute and a nice personal touch. We did have one incident where our dog was unfortunately attacked by another, but the staff handled it extremely well. They took full accountability and even covered our vet bill. It was an isolated incident and clearly out of their control, but the way they responded showed real professionalism and care. Overall, Playful Pack is reliable, safe, and full of great people who truly care about the dogs. We wouldn’t take our pup anywhere else!

  Just dont send your dogs here. Before I boarded with this place i called and asked if they could accommodate rescue dogs with issues as far as not being friendly with other dogs...they assured us they could. They even put1 of my dogs in day care that i said should not be in day care. I have always called on my vacations to check on my dogs because i know how they are and not once did i receive a call stating otherwise. I get it. My dogs are a lot. Which is why i thoroughly explain things when i call. I scheduled a reservation for my dogs in april and june and it is 3/18 and it is canceled without any notice for my april 2nd drop off. When i called to ask why they were canceled they said my dogs had caused fights during day care. This was BACK in December over chrismas when i was having my baby. Were they understaffed? when my husband asked how everything went should have it been relayed then? Or when i called recently to schedule their stay...why wasnt it told to me then? i was told a conversation was had with me about all of this but obviously not. I guess this caused by dogs to be crated most of the time. When we picked up our dogs one of them pooped in our car because they had held it for so long. I got maybe 1 or 2 Pictures of 1 of my dogs who was in what looked liked to be a rusted small kennel the whole time. They relayed this to me when I called(questioning why they canceled) that my dogs had been crated majority of their stay. We booked boarding because I was having my kid but we were close by. Why didn’t they just call? My husband would have went to get them immediately. I thought maybe they were just busy over Christmas which caused them not to upload photos and maybe my 1 dog who hadn’t gone to the restroom was just being weird. Now I know. if your dog is the perfect dog then sure maybe go here but it isnt rescue friendly. and apparently from the other reviews there is mold, mistreating of dogs, and they are severely understaffed? idk.

  We absolutely love this place and so do our dogs. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and, when you watch them with the dogs, they are always loving and caring with them. I highly recommend Playful Pack!

  I’m always so nervous boarding my dogs because they seem to hate the whole process. BUT this time was so different. They obviously loved every minute. It put me at peace knowing I could check in and watch them when I missed them. The staff are super friendly and I love the online portal. Amazing!!
