  My dog obviously has a great time here but as far as customer service. They usually don’t have someone at the front and it takes a while before they come up. They’re usually short staffed and when a lot of people are here they move extremely slow in order to check out.

  This dog daycare checks off all the boxes we needed, and have been using them for about a year. Only notes are that at times the attendants will leave the room for extended periods of time, with all dogs unattended. Have seen this on several occasions. Additionally, they aren’t great at timing dogs in crates. I have witnessed poor pups being left in the crate for over an hour at a time, which is far too long.

  Love bringing our pup here, staff is super attentive and loves on the pups and plays with them throughout the day 10/10 recommend

  I'm hesitant to bring my dog Charlie to day care as he could be rambunctious. I had a few days last week where I had no other option. This playful pack is right around the block from me and from the moment I walked in it was so welcoming and inviting. Everytime I checked the cameras I noticed his Attendant Emma playing with him or the other dogs, I even saw as he laid down in her lap for a nap. When I picked him up Emma was so professional and kind, Charlie and I definitely look forward to seeing her again.
