  We can’t say enough about platinum pools SRQ. We installed an inground hot tub to match our existing pool and it was perfect and seamless and it was beyond everything we had hoped it would be. As the process went on, we added a new railing to the pool and a couple other accessories, including a new heater for the pool. A special shout out to Tyler, he was a great project manager, and always answered every question that we had even if it was silly. He stopped by to help us if we weren’t sure about something. Everyone on their team is fabulous Phil, Emily, Martin, Matt and the gentleman who designed the hot tub gave us so many great options and it’s so wonderful to see it all finished and come to life. The tile work was a 10!!! We enjoyed our hot tub for the first time last night and it was absolutely amazing. I recommend them highly!!!

  Platinum Pools SRQ is by far the standard when it comes to pool builders. This business is family-owned and operated and cares wholeheartedly from top to bottom for whatever project you have in mind when it comes to having a lagoon-style pool, lap pool, or infinity pool— you name it, the team here has you covered. They also offer pool maintenance and repairs as well and do an excellent job making your swimming pool look like an oasis. If you need a pool built, don’t hesitate to call them as well as for pool maintenance. You will be very happy that you did.

  What a wonderful experience we have had working with platinum pools and ESP Phil! He worked tirelessly to help us out in our terrible situation with our 39 yr old pool. He is super helpful, hardworking and professional. It’s rare to find people who go above and beyond to solve problems. Phil is one of them and so are his crew. Don’t look further and hire these guys. Highly dependable and reliable. Thank you Phil and his team!

  Tyler was my rep, and he did an excellent job following my resurface in progress, and afterwards in setting up my pool. The construction crew were great guys, and their work was excellent. Platinum's price was very fair, and the job they did was well worth the $$. I'm in love with my pool again. Do NOT fail to call PP for your quote.

  My pool is over 20 years old. It occasionally has issues, as old parts cease working as they should. Platinum Pools keeps my pool full and happy. If a part needs replacing it gets replaced as soon as it is available. It is comforting knowing that a pro who really knows pools and what needs to be done is available. Besides he is friendly and nice as well as knowledgeable! I could not recommend him more highly!
