He was very PROMPT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, THOROUGH , CLEAN, GRACIOUS!! I can’t describe how thoughtful he was! He found the problem in a timely manor and not only fixed it, but gave us good advice about what to buy next time so the problem doesn’t happen again.
