There were a few times that I had to ask for corrections or changes to the work that was done, each time Tom and his crew (Rob, Dan) accommodated. In an ideal world, I would never have had to ask for corrections, but they really do put the customer first and I couldn’t be more happy.

She answered all of our questions right away. Kyle kept us updated on the delivery of our materials. Matt and his crew did an AMAZING job with our deck. The demo of our old deck was a task in itself. We have already had our neighbors come and check out the new one. We would definitely recommend having your deck built with Platinum!
