  As a mom, I’m honestly heartbroken and frustrated after our experience with PSA. The way the staff handled our situation was incredibly disappointing, from the front desk all the way up to the so-called “Directors.” There was no accountability, no empathy, and no real effort to resolve our complaint. It felt more like dealing with a summer camp full of untrained staff than a respected youth organization. If your child ever has an issue, don’t waste time going through PSA, reach out directly to Plano Parks and Recreation.

  I am only giving this organization one star because the football coordinator needs to be replaced. When I coached football, the other teams coaches turned violent to the point of police being called. This football coordinator ultimately did nothing about it. I am incredibly disappointed that the other team’s coaches weren’t banned from this league. What needs to happen in order to ban a coach from a league? We saw what happened at the high school track meet last year. Heaven forbid that should happen at PSA because of hothead coaches. Get a better football coordinator.

  We absolutely love PSA and everything it has to offer for our kids. The programs and opportunities are wonderful! The only area that could use some improvement is the customer service or front office staff ( one in particular) . At times, they come across as a bit unhelpful or curt when we reach out with questions or concerns. A friendlier, more approachable attitude would make the experience even better.
