  Amazing staff, I can’t even describe how wonderful everyone working here was. From the man who was working reception the nurse and NP, everyone was truly amazing here.

  I came here at 10am there was airport security it felt like the guard told me to come back at my scheduled time for 11:10am for the appointment..when I came to office I waited over an hour just take a pill ..that's wild! Never again coming back here! I felt like a prisoner there if anything..

  I strongly recommend considering other options besides this Planned Parenthood location. In my personal experience, the staff seemed undertrained, especially when it came to basic procedures like blood draws. At times, I didn’t feel confident that instruments were handled or prepared properly, which gave me serious concerns about safety. The quality of care felt inconsistent depending on who was working. Some staff came across as unprofessional or inattentive, and overall I often felt like things weren’t being done with the consistency and clarity I expected in a healthcare setting. This was just my experience, but for my own well-being and peace of mind, I’ve chosen to go to other clinics that felt more professional, better organized, and more reliable.
