  So grateful for Griselda at the front desk! She explained everything to me so well and was so kind to me. She made me have a very good experience for my first time coming in!

  They're very nice and talk with respect. From the front office to admin nurse and to the doctor. She's very nice. I like them how they treat their patients. 😇

  I had a really good experience at Planned Parenthood Van Nuys with Mona. The staff were kind, respectful, and made me feel comfortable. Everything was explained clearly leaving no room for confusions after my visit, I’m thankful for how supportive they were. Great location.

  I recently went to PPL and my experience with the female staff was not the best which was a bummer I've been going to ppl since the age of 21 and has been smooth and comforting, seeing them for years and the van nuys location staff is so unprofessional. I overheard staff talk about my husband’s looks and giggling and sounding flirtatious. When I came out of my appointment my husband was also letting me know how they were calling him and talking to him about basic information repeatedly while others were not getting the same treatment. People that go to PPL are already in a very vulnerable state and I was definitely in a very vulnerable state when I overheard these females giggle over my husband which made me even more uncomfortable the only professionals in that clinic was literally the surgical staff everyone else very unprofessional. Will not go there ever again will not recommend PPL at 7100 Van Nuys blvd unit 108 Van Nuys, Ca 91405 to anyone very very upsetting and discouraging.

  truly, an amazing experience coming here. I came for a consultation and the medical assistant who was helping me, answered all of my questions and concerns with no judgment whatsoever. I am happy with my decision on deciding to come to this location.
