  I was having issues with my IUD & wanted it taken out ASAP. My normal obgyn couldn’t get me in for another 10+ days, so I searched for the closest place with a same-day appointment (2 hr drive). I’ve never been to a planned parenthood and didn’t know what to expect. THANK YOU Karisma & Ashley & Jazmin for being wonderful! Each of you were efficient, kind, and made me feel comfortable on one of my worst days. I appreciate you!!! If I lived closer, this location would be my first pick for appointments.

  Denisse at the front desk was super sweet with her warm smile and personality. Dr. Felix, Ashley and Madison were a great team working together to get my IUD removed. It was hidden and they did the ultrasound necessary to locate it and have it removed. They provided me with a comfortable setting under the circumstances. They are all friendly and made me feel welcomed to be there.

  not the best experience..i was on the phone with my friend while she was there and she was waiting 3 hours alone with no communication from staff just to verbally be told “you are ok”. definitely not fair and i understand it gets busy but staff did tell her as she was leaving that they apologize and she got skipped a few times. i feel so bad. how is that possible?
