  The lady I talked to was very un-empathetic and rude, I don’t know why people like her work in fields like this especially with such sensitive things planned parenthood handles, for me to be met with such a flat tone, uninterest, and annoyance to my questions was very dissapointing. Do better

  Charging me and my insurance, I don't have a co pay yet still charging me and claims my insurance will refund me. That's not how insurance works, I don't have deductible not a co-pay. I'm also almost already half an hour past my appointment and still haven't been seen, this is a really frustrating experience.

  I feel like you’re way better off going to a real doctor rather than here because they gave me false information about plan B and in general weren’t very friendly. It also costs $195 for a pregnancy test here. No thanks.

  The provider is so freaking sweet and comforting, the front desk staff was informative and kind - I got my iud taken out, thank you💕
