  Terrible, don’t even go. “Technology issues” I used my lunch break for a checkup and I waited for an hour just for them to ask me when can I be rescheduled. Pathetic.

  do not go here. i had an appointment, i was told two times prior to my appointment that i wouldn’t pay a single thing and that my visit was covered. then when we’re in the middle of the exam and they’ve already drew blood and everything, they come and tell me that I’ll have to pay 220$. Like what? How was i told I wasn’t gonna pay anything, and have never had to pay anything at planned parenthood in omaha, but now all of a sudden I have to pay 220$?? they’re nice don’t get me wrong, but this is weird and not okay. I literally had to put my pants on and leave because I didn’t have 220$ for a little test, and didn’t even think I’d have to pay anything.

  About a year ago I found a lump on my breast. I was terrified and had no idea what to do. I did not have insurance at the time so no family doctor. I was able to get a breast exam and a referral from this PP. Yes, there was some difficulty with communication but after a few phone calls I was able to get what I needed. Needless to say, it ended up being inflammatory breast cancer. Thanks to planned parenthood I was able to get the help I needed.

  Wonderful staff! They made me feel welcome throughout our entire interaction. This must be difficult to keep up such customer service through a pandemic. Your services are appreciated.
