- LBLanishia BranchSep 24, 20251.0The front window clerks are so weird, I came today for an appointment at 9am on 9/24/2025. I am the only person in here and when I came inside, NO ONE greeted me when I walked in, the girl that checked me in just opened her window and did not say a thing, she just looked at me. I had to let her know that she needs to acknowledge people when they come in. Go home if you're having a bad day If you’re going to be helping clients face to face, at least greet them, that really goes a long way! Management needs to be involved ASAP
- SFSophia FelicianoAug 11, 20251.0It’s suppose to be accessible but if you don’t have insurance you have to pay 350$ just to sit in the room and have a “provider” speak to you, that’s it. Wasn’t examined or anything like that, 350$ for 5 minutes worth of conversation.
