Unsurprisingly, very rugged in their care and knowledge of medicine/attitudes towards people. We live in a limited option town, so even bad care could be better than nonr. If you're a marginalized group watch out and be prepared to advocate for yourself, because, in my experience, they hire people who would rather talk over you and judge you. Not big on prevention technologies...

If you had any fear about your procedure or coming to planned parenthood don’t be afraid! These women are amazing, they took care of me the way my own mother would. Keke is the sweetest person I could’ve asked for, she held my hand the entire time and helped distract me through any pain I was experiencing. Clarissa is also amazing, she does a fantastic job at telling you everything that’s going on and answers every single question you may have. I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience. If you are planning on going it’ll be okay! It’s nothing like people make it up to be.

Amazing staff! They were super friendly, patient, helpful and seemed like they actually listened and cared. As a trans person, I felt like they did an amazing job explaining things to me and educating me, answering what questions I did have, and getting me set up with things to best help me. It was an amazing first ever appointment+ services and I would definitely recommend anyone who may be trans or needing sexual health services or such to definitely go here, the staff are amazing and patient and it's super clean here. I already have another appointment set up :)
