  A friend of mine worked there for a while and had told me that when they first started every one was so nice but after a few months in noticed they were 2face. They want to act all profesional but really some were just fake.

  Are you dealing with constant internet outages? Are you suffering with glacial download speeds? Do you get buffering if anyone watches more than one streaming service? Does it take forever to upload anything? Yea. Me neither. I have Planet Networks, too.

  The service is fairly priced and fiber is superior to other options in town. The install was a breeze and I haven't had any issues yet. The best part is that when you call them on the phone you can actually speak to a real person.

  Super fast internet speed. Great customer service. The owner of the company even came out to my house to address an issue on a weekend! Highly recommend!
