    Imagine stepping in to a new gym for the first time…just to have a male staff member (salt & pepper hair) you can’t do something l?(readjusting a heavier machine. Don’t worry I adjusted it just fine). I found my one and only time here super uncomfortable because of this. It’s also too brightly lit inside.

    I have been going here since it opened in July and regardless of this review I will continue to go here. I have been remiss about leaving a review because I have brought my concerns to the morning staff member on several occasions, as well as the Nick the manager. I will preface this by saying that I am there when the gym doors open. Literally at 5:01am!! So, overall the gym area, floors, equipment have been clean and fine. The morning Staff member is very friendly and polite and is working, doing his job every morning when he gets in. So far so good right??? Then you enter the men's locker room. This is were the 2 stars comes from. The place is never clean, trash on the floors, mirrors filthy, soap boxes, used band aides, used soap in the shower stalls. Hair, hair left in the shower stall wall and floor. Go to the sinks same thing. I when I first brought it to the manager's attention I had asked Who cleans the locker rooms and when. He said the staff does throughout the day. I asked who was the last to clean them the night before (the day I found the hair on the walls and floor) he said that he did, at 1pm, 1 PM?!?!?!?!?! I asked why so early when you close at 11pm. His response, "I don't require my staff to stay past 11, they just lock up and leave". How long does it take to grab a broom, to sweep the locker room, take a glance in the shower stalls and make sure they are clean for the morning members to use them. I have been to boxing gym locker rooms cleaner than these locker rooms. 2 stars for non cleanliness. AND PLANET FITNESS, BEFORE you respond to this, and say that "We regret to hear that this was your experience at one of our clubs" and "Your concerns are valid and this isn't the type of service we strive to provide to our members." SAVE IT, I DON'T NEED THE LIP SERVICE!! You want to impress me with a response??? Let the owner give me a call, NOT THE MANAGER. It's stuns me to think these are the impressions he wants to leave out there. I tried to be nice and do it the right way and bring it to the attention of the workers and it did nothing. They left me no choice. The gloves are now off.

    I’ve had a terrible experience with Planet Fitness. The customer service was awful from start to finish. When I tried to transfer my membership to Front Street, the process was handled very poorly. Nick, the manager, came across as friendly at first, but was dishonest throughout the process. I called at least 10 times and stopped by four. Every time Nick would say he’d credit my account, change the monthly membership amount, or give an additional month free. Nothing ever happened. Instead of being straightforward and helpful, I was charged $150 before I stopped my membership. Planet Fitness should provide transparency and respect to its members, and unfortunately, it completely failed to do so in my case. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who values honesty or good customer service. Sincerely, Marvin

    I have never experienced such rude staff at Planet Fitness. Izzy was extremely rude. I brought my guest for just one day, and he did not allow them to enter. I’ve used my Black Card membership benefits in the past year with my husband in Oklahoma, and the staff there were always friendly and provided excellent service. Based on my past experiences, I had very high expectations. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with Izzy. On my very first day, I wasn’t even given a free day pass to explore the gym. He said it wasn’t allowed, which I respected. However, the very next day, another person came in without even signing up and was given a free pass for the day. On another occasion, I asked Izzy for a hip thrust belt, and his response was unnecessarily rude. I never expected this type of unprofessional behavior from PF staff. My whole family has PF memberships, and none of us have ever experienced anything like this at any other location.

    Equipment is clean and new. Staff is friendly. Co-workers and other people will mind their own business and not judge you. I had a made at friend at the gym. I losted my sunglasses and they help me look for it and later that day they gave me call to tell me they found them. The staff will look out for you. The staff is awesome.
